SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Protection Film (PPF) Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the precise application of paint protection film to various types of vehicles, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong attention to detail, steady hands, and a passion for automotive care.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for PPF application, including washing, decontaminating, and surface inspection.
- Accurately measure, cut, and apply PPF to vehicle surfaces including hoods, fenders, bumpers, mirrors, and doors.
- Use tools such as squeegees, heat guns, and knives to ensure proper film installation.
- Ensure all film applications are free from defects such as bubbles, creases, and debris.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate with team members and customers about services performed and aftercare instructions.
- Assist with vinyl wraps, window tint, or ceramic coating as needed (optional based on shop services).
- Follow all safety and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No Experience Needed
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness and ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
