What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Assistant General Managers, Shift Leads, and Crew Members
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent while building the next generation of leaders
- Drive sales, profitability, food quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction
- Manage labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and financial performance
- Ensure exceptional food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

What We're Looking For
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
- Previous restaurant or retail management experience
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, inventory, and profitability
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Open availability, reliable transportation, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
