Job Overview: As a Preschool Soccer Coach, you’ll lead playful, skill-based sessions that prioritize fun, movement, and social skills for kids aged 2-5. Our curriculum is designed to create a joyful introduction to soccer while supporting key developmental milestones. This role is ideal for those passionate about working with young children and eager to apply classroom skills in a real-world setting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging, age-appropriate soccer activities that build foundational motor skills like running, kicking, and coordination
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that supports social-emotional development
- Utilize our themed, story-driven curriculum to create a fun, imaginative experience for kids
- Manage small groups of preschool-aged players while maintaining focus and structure
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s participation and progress
- Ensure player safety by following all program guidelines and protocols
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience working with preschool-aged children (teaching, babysitting, coaching, or related roles)
- Enthusiasm for physical activity and engaging young learners through play
- Creative, patient, and energetic approach to working with kids
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required)
- Reliable and punctual
