Grace Electric Inc, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Journeyman or Master Electrician Foreperson to lead electrical projects across diverse construction sites. Valid/current licensing for Journeymen or Master Electrician in the state of NH, OSHA 10 or OSHA 40 for Construction and 4 to 5 years of trade experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical teams on construction sites, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications and safety protocols.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute precise wiring and system installations.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical systems including industrial machinery, commercial wiring, high-voltage circuits, and low-voltage controls.
- Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code), NEC standards, and other relevant safety procedures.
- Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to identify faults and implement effective solutions swiftly.
- Manage electrical wiring projects safely while adhering to strict safety procedures for personnel and equipment.
- Coordinate renovation efforts, new installations, and upgrades while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
- Read electrical schematics accurately, interpret blueprints, and utilize power tools and hand tools efficiently to complete tasks.
- Enforce safety protocols on-site, conduct regular inspections, and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Experience
- Proven experience as an electrician in industrial settings with a strong background in industrial electrical systems.
- Extensive commercial electrician experience with knowledge of commercial electrical systems installation and maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams with precision.
- Hands-on experience with all aspects of wiring & low-voltage systems, and troubleshooting complex electrical issues.
- Familiarity with NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association standards) compliance requirements for safe electrical practices.
- Construction site experience including renovation projects, new builds, or large-scale industrial installations.
- Skilled in using hand tools such as wire strippers, screwdrivers, drills; power tools; ohmmeters; multimeters; and other diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of local electrical codes along with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards to ensure code-compliant work.
- Ability to read electrical schematics accurately while interpreting technical blueprints for various projects.
- Experience in frame carpentry or handyman tasks is a plus for versatile site support roles.

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
