Assistant General Manager
Job Summary:
We are a rapidly growing restaurant looking for General Managers to enhance our company.
We’re looking for creative, motivated people with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be organized, have basic serving skills, communicative, high energy and have a positive attitude.
The Assistant Front of the House Manager reports to the General Manager. They must be a leader who is committed to mentoring and advising the management team and staff to ensure the successful execution of the restaurant.
Requirements:

Be able to be on your feet for 4-8 hours

Be able to kneel, stoop, bend, push, shove, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Must be mentally alert, detailed oriented with good reasoning skills

Must be able to read, write and speak English in a clear understandable voice

Knowledge of service standards
Responsibilities:

Assist in tracking and analyze financial metrics of the location to ensure they are meeting set standards and achieving overall profitability goals.

Assist in reviewing data such as daily sales, labor, shift notes, and other financial data.

Assist in recruiting, rewarding, and retaining top team members and cultivate management potential.

Ensure Company Policy and Procedures are understood and followed through.

Operate within the values and guidelines of Angry Crab Shack.
