Line Cook
Conejo, a new Mexican restaurant in Richmond, VA, is seeking part-time and full-time line cooks to join our kitchen team! Starting line cook wages of $17-$20/hour.
Responsibilities include:

learning all recipes, sourcing and cooking techniques

adhering to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols

cross training in all stations - tortilla, salad, plancha, saut, and grill

assisting with inventory management

assisting with prep and dishwashing when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Kitchen experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant

Safe, competent knife skills

Physically able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs

Experience with Mexican cooking a plus
