Duties
- Manage all front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Lead and motivate front desk staff to deliver top-tier customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Oversee night audit processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of daily transactions.
- Handle guest concerns promptly, resolving issues efficiently to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain proficiency in multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with internal teams effectively.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Implement hospitality management best practices to enhance guest services, streamline processes, and improve overall hotel performance.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel experience with a focus on front desk operations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a friendly, professional manner.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and proficiency in multi-line phone systems.
- Experience with night audit procedures and guest relations management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
