What We’re Looking For:
- Solid tree climbing experience and confidence in the canopy
- Strong understanding of rigging, pruning standards, and safety practices
- Team-first mindset and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn, improve, and operate at a championship level
- Driver’s license/CDL is a plus
