Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Designer to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will focus on designing and planning healthcare environments, lead the development of architectural and interior design projects, ensuring creative excellence, technical precision, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in healthcare design, with a strong understanding of building codes and construction documentation. This position offers an opportunity to influence projects from conception through completion while collaborating with clients, contractors, and project teams to deliver exceptional design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and development of healthcare design projects, including space planning, material selection, and aesthetic direction.
- Provides design direction and guidance to project designers, interns, and junior architectural staff.
- Reviews design work for quality, accuracy, and alignment with project vision.
- Create detailed construction documentation using various software, such as Revit and additional tools to ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive construction detail documentation that supports accurate vision during renovation or remodeling phases.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate closely with clients to communicate design ideas clearly through presentations and graphic visualizations.
- Assist in project progress from initial concept through construction completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
