Duties
- Supervise and engage children during playtime, learning activities, meals, and rest periods to promote safety and positive behavior.
- Assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum plans focused on child development instruction and early childhood education principles.
- Support classroom management by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns to foster strong relationships.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of child development stages, childhood development theories, and early childhood education practices.
- Certification in first aid and CPR (Child Pediatric First Aid) must be obtained within 90 days.
