We're partnering with a growing property management organization that needs an experienced accounting professional to jump in, identify financial discrepancies, and help bring consistency across a portfolio of 38 properties.
This isn't a month-end close role. It's a project where your experience and problem-solving skills will be valued from day one.

Reconcile tenant and general ledgers across multiple properties

Investigate billing, payment, and coding discrepancies

Review lease agreements and HAP contracts for financial accuracy

Partner directly with the CFO, Controller, and property managers to resolve issues

Recommend process improvements to prevent future errors

Property management accounting experience

Strong ledger reconciliation and investigative accounting skills

Experience with leases, rent rolls, or subsidized housing (a plus)

The ability to work independently with minimal direction

Excel proficiency and experience with RealPage OneSite, Yardi, MRI, or similar software

High-impact consulting project where you'll make an immediate difference

Work directly with executive leadership—not layers of management
