American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Step-Down position at a Level II Trauma and Stroke Center in St. Joseph, MO, requiring Epic experience and active MO or compact RN licensure.

Step-down unit in a 352-bed hospital that is the only tertiary care facility between Kansas City and Omaha
-
Level II Trauma Center and Level II Stroke Center designation

Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Charting performed in Epic (required)

Free on-site parking available

Active MO RN license or compact RN license required; pending license acceptable but must be in hand prior to start

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Minimum 1 year of RN experience required

Epic EMR experience is a hard requirement

BSN preferred

Two professional references required for consideration

Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

13-week travel contract

Local candidates are accepted; candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are eligible at a reduced rate
