Datum Tool is a family-owned company with a full-time shipping and receiving position available.
We are in search for an experienced and energetic person to join our team. The position is for full-time employment with a long term commitment. Our ideal candidate has experience with shipping and receiving and has the ability to efficiently multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
You will be trained and responsible for:
- Preparing and packaging parts for outside services
- Handling paperwork for outside services
- Preparing and packaging finished parts for shipping
- Loading and unloading trucks - Forklift experience is ideal
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
We are looking for:
- Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and Freight Lines (we are willing to teach)
- Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have transportation to and from work
After a designated instructional time period you will be expected to perform the job with minimal guidance.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Overtime is possible, but not mandatory
Compensation could be more based on experience.
