About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist who enjoys one-on-one patient care and a flexible work environment. You will evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders while collaborating with caregivers and other healthcare professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Complete comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
- Develop individualized plans of care and measurable treatment goals
- Provide evidence-based treatment to improve communication, cognition, swallowing safety, and daily function
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies and home programs
- Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other providers
- Supervise SLPAs or support personnel when applicable
- Build lasting relationships with patients and families
What You Bring
- Active Oklahoma Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Patient-focused, dependable, and organized approach
- Ability to work independently in mobile and clinic settings
- Experience with adult, geriatric, home health, or dysphagia populations is a plus
