Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced detail-oriented Senior Window Cleaning Specialist. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of professional window cleaning experience. They will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows in various residential and commercial settings. You will be traveling / working alongside with the owner from job to job and sometimes with just the lead technician. This role requires a commitment to efficiency and quality work ethic, to ensure that all windows are cleaned to the highest standard. Must be willing to receive feedback and grow your abilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform window cleaning duties for residential and commercial buildings, ensuring all glass and surfaces are spotless and streak-free.
- Handle ladders safely to reach high windows and difficult areas.
- Conduct routine inspections of windows for damage or wear, reporting any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with owner and lead technician to complete tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Know how to operate a power washer and surface cleaner, to minimize and prevent property damage.
Recommended:
- Previous experience in window cleaning required.
- Prior canvassing / experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be physically fit, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working at heights.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
