American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Float Home Health position in the North Region (Lynn, Nahant, and Saugus, MA) requiring at least 1 year of certified home care and case management experience.

Home health setting serving patients across the North Region, including Lynn, Nahant, and Saugus, MA
-
Day shift schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Weekend rotation required once every 6 weeks

13-week contract

EMR: Epic (charting experience required)

Floating position requiring travel to patient cases as assigned

Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted

Both NURSYS and Board of Nursing (BON) verification required for nursing license

All certifications must be from the American Heart Association (AHA)

Minimum 1 year of certified home health experience required

Minimum 1 year of case management experience required

Ability to travel independently to assigned patient cases

Flu vaccine required — no religious or medical exemptions accepted

2 professional references required for consideration

Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, and providing education and support to patients and families

Performs admission processes and case management in accordance with MGB Home Care policies and standards of practice

Requires thorough and timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communication

Time keeping system: UKG/Kronos

Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are accepted

No validated parking available at Boston locations; public parking is available at daily rates ranging from $17–$22; other locations in the region may also have associated parking costs
