Job Description:
- Full time driving position to help cover when other drivers are unavailable for their usual route
- 60k-72k starting annual salary ($1,150-$1,350 weekly)
- Home time varies with fleet needs, can be home weekly some weeks or OTR others
12 months of CDL A truck driving experience required.
We are seeking highly skilled and adaptable CDL-A licensed drivers to join our elite Flex Driver Team. As a Flex Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service, even when unexpected situations arise. - Provide reliable and timely coverage for scheduled shifts when other drivers are unavailable
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by interacting professionally with clients and team members.
- Exhibit high emotional intelligence and the ability to get along with a diverse range of personalities.
- Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate schedules and assignments.
- Represent Inland Xpress with integrity and professionalism at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record, with 1 year CDL A OTR truck driving experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability in various situations
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Wage Range: 60000.00 - 72000.00 per year
