Children’s Ministry Classroom Teacher (Part-Time)

Schedule: Sundays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Compensation: Paid Honorarium
Position Summary
Dominion Church is seeking a dependable, caring, and enthusiastic Children’s Ministry Classroom Teacher to help create a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment for children each Sunday. This is a part-time ministry position for someone who loves working with children and desires to actively serve within the church community.
Responsibilities
Teach children using provided lesson plans and curriculum.
Create a welcoming, fun, and nurturing classroom environment.
Ensure the safety and well-being of children during class.
Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly classroom.
Communicate with parents as needed regarding their children.
Encourage positive behavior while modeling Christian values.
Support the vision and mission of Dominion Church’s Children’s Ministry.
Qualifications
Must be an active and consistent member of Dominion Church through regular attendance and participation.
Passion for working with children and helping them grow spiritually.
Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well with church leadership, volunteers, and families.
Must have reliable transportation to ensure consistent and timely attendance each Sunday and for required church events.
Schedule & Commitment
Serve every Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Be available to assist with children’s ministry during church events and special activities as needed.
Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the values and standards of Dominion Church.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
