Truss Assembler
A local leading building materials supplier, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Truss Assembler to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling wood trusses and related structural components according to engineered specifications and safety standards. Prior construction experience is preferred.

Truss Assembler Details:
-
Temp-to-Hire position
-
$18.00 /hour
-
Full Time work available
-
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Assemble wood trusses according to blueprints, engineered drawings, and production schedules
-
Read and interpret measuring tools, tape measures, and design specifications accurately

Operate saws, presses, nail guns, and other production equipment safely and efficiently
-
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
-
Assist with loading, staging, and moving materials as needed
Truss Assembler Qualifications:
-
Prior construction or carpentry experience preferred
-
Ability to read and understand blueprints is a plus
-
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
-
Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion

Ability to work in varying temperatures typical of a manufacturing facility

Ability to safely handle building materials and equipment

Applicant may be subject to a background check
