Required Degree: Ph.D. or Psy.D. only

Position Overview
Iudicium, L.L.P., a small independent business with a family/cooperative orientation, is seeking a part-time doctoral-level Clinical Psychologist to assist with veterans’ disability assessment work involving Disability Benefits Questionnaires. Iudicium works on behalf of veterans applying for VA disability, it is not affiliated with the VA. This is a flexible supplemental professional work opportunity suited for a licensed psychologist who is interested in learning a specialized assessment process connected to veterans’ disability claims, legal documentation, and expert-witness-style professional opinion work.
This is assessment work only. It is not therapy, counseling, or ongoing treatment. The clinician’s role is to conduct structured clinical interviews, review relevant case materials, and complete DBQ-related clinical opinions in a legally appropriate format.
The position is designed as flexible supplemental professional work, with an initial expected workload of approximately two completed cases per month while training is underway.
Important Fit Note
Prior DBQ experience is not required. Early-career psychologists are strongly encouraged to apply.
Iudicium, L.L.P. uses a structured team-based process that differs from many solo DBQ or forensic-report models. Clinicians are not expected to independently produce the entire report from start to finish without support. Team members assist with report preparation and case organization, while the psychologist provides the clinical interview, professional review, and licensed clinical opinion.
Because our process is specific, we prefer to train clinicians into our system rather than retrain someone who is already accustomed to a different DBQ workflow.
