What You'll Earn
- Commission-based pay with weekly payouts. Most groomers earn $1,200 to $1,800 per week, and our top performers earn $2,200 to $2,500.

What You'll Do
- Deliver full-service, high-quality grooms to breed standard and client preference.
- Produce exceptional finish work using modern grooming techniques.
- Safely operate your mobile grooming van and keep it clean and organized.
- Protect the safety, comfort, and well-being of every pet in your care.
- Provide warm, professional service and clear communication with clients.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of current, verifiable grooming experience in a commercial salon or mobile setting.
- Range: A proven track record across a wide variety of breed cuts. We'll ask to see photos of your work after you apply.
- Efficiency: Strong time management and the stamina to groom 5 to 7 dogs per day across a range of sizes.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and high personal standards.
- Driving: A clean driving record and comfort operating a large van. Paid training provided.
- Background check: Must be able to pass a background check.
