Join our dynamic team as a CNC Technical Support Specialist, where you will be the driving force behind maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery used in manufacturing environments. Your expertise will ensure precision, efficiency, and safety across production lines by providing technical assistance, performing diagnostics, and supporting automation systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge industrial equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), vision inspection systems, and complex pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for CNC machines, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose electrical problems using schematics, wiring diagrams, and electrical blueprints.
- Perform calibration, programming, and maintenance of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and precision.
- Assist with the installation, setup, and commissioning of new CNC systems and automation components such as sensors, vision inspection systems, and distributed control systems.
- Conduct electrical diagnostics involving high voltage and low voltage systems while adhering to electrical safety procedures.
- Support field service activities by troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems on-site or remotely.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs, calibrations, and system modifications for compliance and continuous improvement purposes.
Experience- preferred:
- Background in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and industrial automation technologies.
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, vision inspection systems, Calypso software, and calibration procedures.
- Familiarity with electrical diagnostics using ohmmeters and other testing instruments; experience reading schematics and blueprints is essential.
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures, high voltage systems, and low voltage controls.
- Experience working with CNC machinery in manufacturing settings.
- Ability to troubleshoot engineering issues related to sensors, distributed control systems (DCS), calibration tools, and industrial automation components.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
