Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Transport Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle various driving responsibilities, including shuttle driving, delivery services, and more.
Responsibilities
- Operate vehicles safely and efficiently for shuttle services, deliveries, or paratransit transportation.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while interacting with passengers and clients.
- Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition by performing regular maintenance checks and reporting any issues.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
- Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during transport.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and any changes in plans.
Experience
- Previous experience as a shuttle driver or delivery driver is preferred.
- Experience in bus driving or operating commercial vehicles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with limousine services or paratransit operations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks is beneficial.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
