JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the CRM & Inventory Specialist, the CRM & Inventory Assistant is responsible for the CRM and inventory programs. This role will work closely with corporate sales managers, regional sales managers, General Managers and sales team to ensure the utilization of the CRM program, inventory accuracy and posting of inventory on appropriate websites. This position performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures as well as complying with state and federal advertising regulations.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS AND PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Planning

Coordinate with the Sales Team to utilize the CRM/Inventory program(s) and ensure the New and Used Inventory is appropriately represented, priced, exposed and marketed.

Train new Sales Team hires on processes and policies both in person and over TEAMS

Coordinate on-site sales training (Bruckner University) as needed

Assist with Customer Events, Sales Blitz and Open House list management and route planning
Operations
- Knowledge and use of inventory management program (Arcadium)

Knowledge and use of CRM program (Arcadium)

Monitor sales calls, quote activity and ROI reporting by vendor

Understand basic flow of deal process

Work with VP of Sales and Corp Used Truck Manager to maintain guidelines for display of trucks and trailers

Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) ability to assist with posting engagement or basic content updates is a plus
Reporting

Compare monthly forecasted goals to actual results

Marketing ROI reporting by vendor

Participate in weekly department meeting(s)
Risk Management

Review internal controls at all branches and ensure compliance with company policies.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
-
- B.B.A. degree in Marketing preferred or equivalent experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 + years’ experience in marketing, social media and Excede (Dealer Management System) preferred.

An experienced leader with appropriate industry experience, preferably with commercial truck dealership experience.

Advanced Microsoft Office Suite expertise – strong focus on Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables for data analysis and reporting
