Position Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts for a full-service Hilton branded hotel. This role focuses on developing new business, maintaining key accounts, and maximizing group, corporate, SMERF, and catering opportunities in alignment with the hotel’s annual business plan. The Sales Manager works collaboratively with hotel leadership and operations teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and profitable revenue results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead response, site inspections, contract negotiation, and account servicing.
Accurately prepare, present, and respond to RFPs, ensuring competitive positioning and value for both the client and the hotel.
Conduct regular outside sales calls, participate in sales blitzes, trade shows, and networking events as assigned.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community organizations, CVBs, and industry partners.

Qualifications
Highly organized with strong time-management and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative sales team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
