This process takes time and consistent effort, which is why we require a minimum one-year commitment.

The Music Manager’s Role
A music manager oversees the overall direction and business strategy of an artist’s career. They help shape long-term goals, coordinate the artist’s professional team, review opportunities, and provide guidance on branding, finances, and major decisions. The manager acts as the primary point of contact for business matters and ensures that all career moves align with a clear vision.
This role requires strong communication, organization, and industry awareness. A music manager helps create structure, maintain momentum, and turn creative talent into a sustainable career by managing opportunities, protecting the artist’s interests, and keeping projects on track.
A manager is only one part of the team. Other roles must be filled with the manager helping coordinate and support the process. Clear expectations about what a manager does and does not do are essential for a healthy, productive working relationship.
This is a hands-on, structured management.

Business & Administrative Support
We help manage the operational and business side of your career.
Management support includes:
- Reviewing contracts and helping you understand agreements before signing
- Administrative oversight and professional communication management
- Managing and responding to select emails and DMs
- Assisting with social media management and growth structure
- Coordinating industry communication and opportunities
Our goal is to free up your time so you can focus on creating while we help manage the business infrastructure around you.
This is for Artists who have a budget.
Management Structure (Retainer-Based)
We work on a retainer-based management structure with a minimum 1-year agreement.
Artists invest monthly in professional representation, strategic development, and structured guidance.
Artists must have a budget to invest in:
- Management (monthly retainer)
This management agreement covers strategic representation and advisory services only. It does not include studio recording services, production services, or use of studio space unless specifically outlined in a separate written agreement.
The Ideal Artist
- Pursuing music professionally or transitioning into full-time
- Serious about long-term growth and consistency
- Coachable and open to constructive feedback
- Comfortable on camera and active on social media
- Willing to invest time, money, and energy
- Ready for structured mentorship and professional accountability
Genre Focus
At this time, we are primarily focused on Pop artists and singers.
We are not currently accepting Trap, Rap, Hip Hop, or Afrobeat artists.
Location
We are based in Los Angeles but work with artists remotely and locally.
Strategy sessions and communication can be conducted virtually when needed.
