Looking for a General Manager for a Downtown Chicago location This location is a breakfast + lunch only location, with Monday - Friday hours for the GM! Incredible opportunity to work for an incredible company with Quality of life that is often unheard of in the industry!

What you'll be responsible for:
- Oversee day to day operations
- Design strategy to grow your business + set goals accordingly
- Maintain results - whether financial, cleanliness, or growing your team
- Recruit + train team
- Evaluate operations and make needed improvements
- Lead a safe environment focused on food safety, quality and culinary excellence.
Skills + Experience:
- GM level experience in the restaurant industry
- Solution oriented thinking
- Willingness to learn + receive feedback to support your performance and growth

Pay: $48,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
