Job Summary:
The key responsibility is to assemble and wire standard / custom machines mechanically, pneumatically, and electrically, and inspect them.
Key Responsibilities:
Standard / Custom machine assembly. Drilling, tapping, soldering, wiring, and component installation. Installation and inspection of standardized pneumatic systems. Strong electrical knowledge and print reading. Final inspection and preparation for dispatch. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic assembly.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs.
- Basic skills in computer use and data entry.
- Knowledge of electronics and print reading is advantageous. Must have a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Forklift certification is a plus or willingness to obtain it.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Requires physical activity, such as lifting, bending, standing, and walking, for extended periods.
