Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist guests in completing necessary paperwork and direct them to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Use phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and transfer calls accurately.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring all informational materials are current.
- Support office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading.
- Utilize computer skills to update customer records, schedule appointments, and manage calendars.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions or concerns with patience and clarity.
- Support team members with clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
