What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and dispatch trucks, drivers, and rental equipment
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate jobs
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, updates, and scheduling
- Track driver hours, routes, equipment and job completion
- Manage purchase order (PO) system for 3rd-party vendors
- Review field tickets and timesheets for accuracy
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets to be able to track our equipment availability
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of dispatch experience (oilfield preferred)
- Knowledge of winch trucks and oilfield rental equipment a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
