Customer Service Associate Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and educate them about new product and service offerings
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Handle cash drawer operations, including balancing registers at shift end and managing cash handling procedures
- Promote and explain bundles and promotional offer
- Conduct data entry for new customer account setup and account updates
- Assist customers with retail store transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges
- Provide friendly and informed customer support
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, cash handling, and customer interactions using financial software
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Customer Service Associate Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience or familiarity with retail store operations is preferred
- Customer support skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience with data entry tasks, including processing cash transactions and managing customer information
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures, cashiering practices, and cash management systems
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageous
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
