**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for performing various technical tasks to support our operations.
**Duties:**
- Install dehumidifiers, vapor liner and other systems used in the crawl space.
- Must be comfortable working in the crawl space.
-Service dehumidifiers and sump pumps regularly.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
**Requirements:**
- 18 years or older.
- Drivers license.
- Transportation to and from work.
- Proven experience as a Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of technical tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
**Nice-to-Have Skills:**
- Certification in specific technical areas (e.g., HVAC, electrical)
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
