Position is responsible for maintaining production standards to meet customers’ requirements, which includes: scheduling, communication, productivity, labor controls and efficiency standards. Must ensure quality and customer service is maintained at the highest level on a daily basis.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures unit maintains production standards
- Ensures Labor Controls are in place and are effective
- Ensures interdepartmental communication occurs regularly
- Assist in the development and training of subordinates
- Work with management staff to improve performance of the unit
- Prepares administrative reports as required
- Responsible for safety, quality and compliance to customer specifications
Qualifications
Education:
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- Some college preferred
Work Experience:
- Must have 3 years of supervisory/management experience, scheduling and financial acumen
- In-flight catering experience is highly desired, or experience in a high-volume food service industry
- Current or previous labor relations experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience with menu design a plus.
Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
- Candidate should be comfortable with all levels of employees and have the ability to drive positive program change
- Must have strong and effective leadership skills, and successfully manage staff assigned to liquor and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Ability to train others required.
- Must have the ability to give negative and positive feedback to employees on a daily basis.
- Excellent time management skills required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks without losing focus on priorities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication and leadership skills required.
- Must be innovative and have the ability to make changes to the operation as needed to further improve the work environment and unit performance.
- Basic computer skills required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
