5+ years of project management experience with knowledge of PM disciplines, methodologies, and tools. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) (or equivalent), with practical knowledge of Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban. Additional PM certification (PMP or similar) preferred. Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and internal teams. Proven ability to manage competing priorities, make independent decisions, and operate effectively under deadlines. Financial management experience (budget analysis, forecasting, savings initiatives). Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft tools. Strong facilitation skills and excellent verbal/written communication. Demonstrated composure and effectiveness under pressure and tight deadlines
