La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham is currently hiring two experienced Hotel Maintenance Technicians who take pride in their work and are committed to providing an exceptional guest experience.
Our Maintenance Team is responsible for keeping our hotel operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Wyndham brand standards. We are looking for dependable professionals who can troubleshoot problems, complete repairs promptly, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming property.

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform daily preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.
- Complete guest room repairs quickly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Repair drywall, paint walls, repair doors, locks, windows, flooring, and furniture.
- Maintain water heaters, laundry equipment, ice machines, vending equipment, and other hotel systems.
- Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, exterior grounds, and parking lots.
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests with excellent customer service.
- Complete work orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain the swimming pool and spa (if applicable).
- Replace lighting, HVAC filters, smoke detector batteries, and other routine maintenance items.
- Ensure OSHA safety compliance and safe work practices.
- Keep maintenance shop clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Assist with hotel renovations, deep-cleaning projects, and emergency repairs.
Participate in the hotel's preventative maintenance program to extend the life of hotel equipment and facilities.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
