Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to support our busy kitchen operations. Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to ensure smooth kitchen operations

- Follow strict food safety standards in handling and storing ingredients to prevent contamination
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sanitizing surfaces and disposing of waste properly
- Support the culinary team with meal prep during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to safety protocols related to food handling, knife skills, and equipment use
- Help organize supplies and ingredients to keep the kitchen stocked and efficient
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Basic knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Experience with food industry environments such as restaurants or catering is advantageous
