As an Audit Senior, you'll lead engagement teams, strengthen client relationships, and develop the next generation of professionals while expanding your own leadership skills.
What you'll do
As an Audit Senior, you'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients while delivering high-quality audit and assurance services.
Your responsibilities will include:Leading day-to-day execution of audit engagements
Planning and performing audit procedures under US GAAP and PCAOB/AICPA standards
Reviewing work performed by associates and providing timely coaching
Identifying accounting, financial reporting, and internal control issues
Building strong relationships with client management
Collaborating with managers and partners to deliver exceptional client service
Using technology and data analytics to improve audit quality and efficiency
Assisting in developing junior professionals through mentoring and on-the-job coaching
Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA license or actively pursuing CPA certification
3–5 years of public accounting audit experience
Strong understanding of US GAAP and auditing standards
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Passion for teamwork, client service, and continuous learning
Preferred
Experience with SEC issuers
