One of Upstate New York's leading property management firms is seeking a property manager to manage all facets of a commercial property in Ithaca, NY. The right candidate must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience managing commercial office space. Responsibilities include the establishment of operating procedures, budgeting, supervision of maintenance staff, oversight of capital projects as well as providing input on marketing and commercial leasing. Knowledge of building technical systems a plus.
