Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics
- Assist sales consultants throughout the sales process to maximize closing ratios
- Develop strategies to increase sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales process
- Manage inventory presentation and merchandising efforts
- Conduct sales training, performance coaching, and team meetings
- Work closely with finance and service departments to support dealership operations
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
- Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture
Qualifications
- Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience required
- Proven success managing and developing automotive sales teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in high-volume dealership environments preferred
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
