Fuji Yama is a fast paced and diverse restaurant, both in menu and staff. From hostess to hibachi chef one thing we all have in common is a desire to provide the best dining experience for all of our guests. We are currently looking for a one or two qualified individuals to join our team as hosts. All applicants must be able to efficiently manage their time to keep customers satisfied and complete a number of side jobs. Applicants must be able to accurately make change and keep a balanced cash drawer throughout a shift.
