JOB TITLE: School Success Liaison - Middle School
Overview: The goal of the School Success Liaison is to help identify and support our at risk students. Working to minimize the loss of instructional time, increasing engagement of the students and families, and assisting the administrator and staff in creating and maintaining an optimal learning environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

One of the following is required:
-
Complete at least two years of study at an institution of higher education (equal to 60 semester hours); or

Obtain an associate's degree (or higher); or
-
Meet a rigorous standard of quality and demonstrate this through a formal state or local academic assessment. (Example: WorkKeys Test, MTTC, ETS Parapro Assessment, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience working with school-age students
-
Training in social-emotional learning
-
Good written and oral communication skills
-
Demonstrated technology skills
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Hourly 40 hours per week/186 days
