We are hiring Delivery Installers for a local final-mile delivery operation based in Aurora, CO. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active and providing excellent customer service. Drivers start each day from the warehouse, loading their truck before making residential and commercial deliveries throughout the region. Deliveries include appliances, furniture, exercise equipment, patio furniture, and other large items that may require assembly or installation at the customer's location.
This is a physically demanding position that involves unloading, moving, and installing products in homes, businesses, and construction sites. Drivers will work alongside a helper and may be required to carry heavy items up multiple flights of stairs. Candidates should be comfortable working with tools, lift gates, pallet jacks, dollies, ramps, and installation equipment while maintaining a professional and customer-focused attitude.

Multiple deliveries per day

Deliver and install appliances, furniture, fitness equipment, patio furniture, and other products

Pick up customer returns when required

Work closely with delivery helpers to complete installations and deliveries

Provide exceptional customer service at every stop

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

Ability to move and maneuver products weighing up to 600 pounds using proper equipment and team-lift techniques

Comfortable working in multi-story apartment buildings and construction sites

Ability to safely move products up and down multiple flights of stairs

Must be able to perform physically demanding work throughout the day

Valid Driver's License (CDL not required)

Candidates may have an "R" restriction on their driver's license

Previous delivery, installation, moving, warehouse, or transportation experience preferred

Experience using dollies, pallet jacks, lift gates, and ramps preferred

Basic assembly and installation experience preferred

Ability to read and follow installation instructions and service manuals

Strong customer service and communication skills

Must be able to read, write, and speak English in accordance with DOT requirements
