Skills
- Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and the ability to communicate value effectively
- Valid commercial driving license with experience in route driving and safe vehicle operation
- Proficiency in math for calculating prices, discounts, and profit margins accurately
- Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities without pressuring customers
- Exceptional communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly convey product information
- Experience in merchandising to create appealing displays that attract customer attention
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and performing outdoor or warehouse-related tasks as needed
- Excellent organizational skills for managing routes, schedules, and inventory records
- Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities
