We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products and services, address customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Sales Promotion: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, and persuade them to make a purchase.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and document customer feedback, and report it to the relevant departments for further action.
- Data Management: Update customer information in the database accurately and promptly.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to address any further needs or concerns.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and sales achieved.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and call handling guidelines.
