Polen Implement, has proudly served the Northern Ohio community for over 90 years. We are growing our service department to accommodate the needs of our lawn & garden customers. Our technicians specialize in set up and repair of lawn and garden equipment including zero turn and riding mowers, compact utility tractors and two cycle outdoor power equipment. We have a passion for keeping our customers moving forward and their equipment maintained.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Set up of lawn & garden equipment
- Perform service, repair and diagnostics on lawn and garden equipment
- Provide professional repair with a focus on excellent customer service
- Complete all required paperwork
- Maintain clean equipment and work environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Lawn & garden background preferred, but not required, can be trained on the job.
- Mechanical ability, must supply basic tools and some specialty tools
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Willing to work Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and some Saturdays from 8:00 am - Noon
- Have a valid State of Ohio driver’s license, having a CDL is a plus
- Be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions when required
- Able to lift 50 lbs. or more comfortably
