Studio Coordinator (Sales & Operations) – School of Rock Naples
Location: Naples, FL
Pay: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience) + performance bonus opportunities

Schedule Requirement
This position requires evening availability:
- Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(Friday and Sunday off)
About Us
School of Rock Naples is a performance-based music school that helps kids, teens, and adults build confidence through music. Our students perform live at real venues, work together in bands, and become part of a supportive, high-energy community.
We are looking for a self-motivated, high-energy Studio Coordinator who can manage the front of the business, drive new enrollments, and ensure an exceptional experience for our students and families.
This is not a typical front desk position. This role is for someone who takes ownership, solves problems independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to new leads quickly (phone, text, email, web inquiries)
- Schedule and convert trial lessons into enrollments
- Follow up consistently with prospective families
- Manage student scheduling and parent communication
- Support billing and account updates
- Maintain accurate records in our system
- Coordinate logistics for shows, events, and programs
- Keep the front of the studio organized, welcoming, and running smoothly
- Identify issues and solve them without waiting to be told
- Help drive growth through excellent customer experience and follow-through

Requirements
- 2+ years experience in customer service, sales, or administrative coordination
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
- Comfortable using scheduling or CRM software
- Reliable, professional, and self-directed
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in education, youth programs, or music schools
- Inside sales or lead conversion experience
- Event coordination experience
- Passion for music or the arts
