We are currently hiring for:
- 6:30PM - 6:00AM (NOC)
- 6:00AM - 6:30PM (DAYS)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona RN license
- Must have an Active Fingerprint Clearance Card
- SNF/LTC experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a resident-focused approach
