Job Overview
Second Chance Cleaning Services, a division of Second Life Rehab Program 501(c)(3) is seeking a cleaning manager to help grow the cleaning business.
- The cleaning crew manager is responsible for deep cleans, maintenance cleans, organizational cleans, move-in/move-out cleaning, new construction and remodel clean up and currently I am working on certification for bio-hazard clean-up.
- The cleaning manager is also required to market/network to gain new accounts.
- This is a growing business, and I am looking for a go-getter with a positive attitude.
Currently marketing and networking is the bulk of this position. Once new accounts are acquired the position will shift towards full time cleans, leading a crew, and marketing. How quickly that occurs depends on you!
I am looking for an ambitious business minded person who enjoys cleaning, leading a crew and talking with people. The cleaning manager is a person who thinks outside of the box, enjoys learning new things, and is mindful.
· This position starts at $22 per hour for cleaning time only.
· Marketing to acquire new accounts is commissioned based only; paid at 10% of each job acquired. Plus an hourly rate for cleaning time. EXP: You acquire a deep clean for $1000.00. You get paid $100 commission and then $22 per hour cleaning time.
· Once a team is built and you start managing your first employee your pay will increase to $25 per hour.
· Depending on how ambitious you are to help build Second Chance Cleaning Services depends on how quickly your pay increases.

Experience
- Proven supervising experience
- Strong background in cleaning techniques including general housekeeping management
- Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced environments
- Prior experience in leadership roles involving training staff and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, supplies procurement, and inventory control
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
