Job Description
- Responsible for the assistance of the day-to-day operations of the store and helping with achieving the sales goals of the store by providing an excellent level of customer service.
- Working closely with the store manager on merchandising and creating engaging, exciting displays
- Assisting with reorders, trades, special orders and inventory transfers between company locations
- Managing customer database and mailing lists
- Assisting with coordinating store events and trunk shows
- Monitoring inventory shrinkage and assisting with inventory management
- Social media assistance, coordinated with the company's marketing manager
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of retail math concepts and applications
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent organizational, prioritizing and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with within a team environment
- Technical skill proficiency within Microsoft Excel
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
