FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Capitola, CA is growing and seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced PTA or a recent graduate, you’ll find a welcoming, clinician-driven setting with strong support and room to grow.
$35–$45 per hour, based on experience

Autonomy within your scope of practice

Provide outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
Treat orthopedic, balance, and vestibular patients
Assist with implementing individualized plans of care
Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with Physical Therapists and clinic staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in California (or in final stages of licensure)
Open to full-time or part-time schedules
New graduates welcome
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (not required)
Interest in balance or vestibular therapy is a plus
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
